Whoever is running that kitchen, I hope they are paid what they are worth, because Ive been in five star establishments where the food wasnt that good. And the deserts and the presentation. Its beautiful. While rice pudding is such a simple thing to make, when I have it at the Waterfall Room, its elevated to a gourmet treat. This is THE venue you want for a party, luncheon or dinner. ”
